I began suffering from continuous canker sores about 3 years ago. I literally would have 5 to 12 in my mouth at all times. Even ketchup seemed like hot sauce to me. I tried every home remedy that I could find, I tried over the counter remedies. Nothing helped. My doctor and dentist told me that there was nothing to be done, that some people just suffer from canker sores. Well, halleluiah! My doctor finally thought that checking my B-12 level would be a good idea. He checked and it was very low. I began getting B-12 injections last fall and have had one canker sore since. If all else has failed, you might have your Dr. check this for you. It has changed my life.

Yes you can get tablets for cats claw, which are capsule that contain the powder. These can be swallowed like a pill, or you can make cats claw tea. You just empty the powder inside into a cup and pour in boiling water. It is an aquired taste though.
